I desire to do Kausagga, by remaining at one place, for the sins I have committed during the day, by body, speech or mind; or for doing such work which is not worth doing, which is against our holy scriptures, which is against the path of Jainism; or for foul contemplation and foul ponderance which is neither desirable nor worth doing by a Shravak. |

Then say `Navkar Mantra’ and complete the Kaussagga then say the lesson of `Logassa Ujjoyagare’ sitting upright, recite this lesson twice. |
